Wingers are vulture like OverCharge Drinkers that are seen swiping humans possibly to turn them into OD when you first play the game. The Winger's main attack is setting grind rails and other traversal objects on fire. The fire remains for on said object for 10 seconds, making it unable.
It is not known why designed this way, however a possible explanation could be that during their mutation, they could have grabbed some Fizzco flags and it fused with their arms forming wings. The logo, "Fizzco Cafe", can be seen on their wings and they are seen with large Overcharge bubbles connecting to their back forming the head.
