Rupert F. Kane is the founder and CEO of Fizzco, and is one of the people behind the coverup of the OverCharge Delirium XT outbreak in Sunset Overdrive. He is the primary antagonist of Sunset Overdrive.
Described as a "visionary", Rupert invented several popular snacks and beverages, such as the Easy-Peasy shelf meats and MuffinTopps cereal.
Kane has at least one daughter, Shelly, who was briefly employed at Fizzco HQ in Sunset City before being fired for tweeting on the job.
Kane is also very manipulative, as one Smartphone email indicates that he threatens to pull ad slot funding from the EIC news network if they ran a story blaming OverCharge for the outbreak.
