Announcer

The Announcer is a disembodied deep male voice that explains many parts to the game such as style points and how to equip badges. He does basically every tutorial in game. The player breaks the four wall often by addressing the Announcer and asking why they can hear him. Every time you buy a new weapon the Announcer explains in a quick video how the weapon works. Like all characters in this game, the Announcer often uses swears and sarcasm when talking to you.
